I've been in Buffalo for 16 months now, and I love it. I've met so many wonderful people. My commuters, my gamers, my co-opers, and my Brothers and Sisters.

That being said, this Holiday season I've been blessed with so much and the blessings just keep coming. Over Thanksgiving, the last weekend, and this Christmas weekend I have or will be seeing all four of my parents. They've done so much for me to make sure I get every opportunity and more. And of course, they don't ask for anything in return.

Thank you Mom, for being the one I can talk to about practically anything. You're one of my best friends in the world. I don't know what I'd do without our conversations about everything.

Thank you Dad, for being supportive of my decisions and helping me out with all the things a young adult has to do. And for giving me such a great sense of humor.

Thank you Phil, for taking a common sense approach to problems and helping me seek out new ways to handle the ordeals that come my way. You've helped me become a more assertive person.

Thank you Heather, for being able to understand my issues in ways that the other parents might have thought of. Your advice about college life was and is invaluable.

I'm proud to say that my parents have taught me so many ways to be a good person and, some day in the future, a good parent.

Merry Christmas.

Eh, it's been a while since I've said anything. Nowadays I'm just job hunting, haven't had much time to write. jotted down a couple things, but nothing concrete.

Actually have something going on in the relationship front. It's weird, to finally have a girl who actually puts their money where their mouth is. Too often do I get something along the lines of: "You're such a great guy! Just not for me!" It drives me berserk, so what's happening now is good.

I'm unemployed, but life is good.

So hey, for anyone who didn't notice (har, har, har) I have a semi new poem up.  It's a lot more surreal than pretty much any of the other stuff.  Tell Me what you think, it's called "The High".

In other news, the weather here in Buffalo is a little nutty right now.  There was a gust so strong about 10 minutes ago that I thought my apartment was going to come off the top of the house ;_;.  It was pretty damn scary.  Looks like the weather might've gone away..for now anyways.

Anyways, something I shoulda mentioned before, I'm living in Buffalo now.  Hoave been for about 5 days.  Kinda crazy I know.  School is fun so far, and the best thing is, no class tomorrow or monday! whoo!

So, right now I'm suffering a bit of writer's block which is being facilitated by my journal not making an appearance.  Not a clue as to where it is, but I will find it.  

Life wise big things coming up got driving test #4 coming up on the 6th. Really hope I pass, but not too worried if I don't. Had a friend what took it 8 times 'fore she passed.  Also, going to NH for a wedding almost immediately after.  Then, I move back to my mom's, at least until I find an apartment. That should be fun.

Not much else for now.
